1. The service

Doctor My Number, operated by Doctor My Number, is a technology platform for clinic token booking and queue management. It lets patients of participating clinics book digital tokens, track queue position, and manage bookings.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering. Notify us at support@doctormynumber.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Booking rules

• A token reserves a place in a specific doctor's queue at a participating clinic.
• Token availability depends on participating clinics and doctors.
• A convenience fee applies per token booking, charged from your in-app wallet.
• Bookings are subject to the clinic's rules and the doctor's availability.

4. Token behavior

Tokens are sequential and non-transferable. Queue position is determined by booking order per doctor. Your token is marked complete when the doctor sees you, or marked as a no-show if you don't arrive when called.

5. Clinic participation

Participating clinics are independent practices. Doctor My Number facilitates the queue — the clinic is responsible for its own operations, staffing, and medical services.

6. Doctor availability

Doctors control their availability. A doctor who becomes unavailable may have their booked tokens cancelled automatically, with the convenience fee refunded to your wallet.

7. Queue estimates

Queue information is an estimate and may change. Consultation duration, emergencies, walk-ins, cancellations, and clinic operations affect the pace. We do not guarantee a consultation at a specific time.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel a booked token before it is called; the convenience fee is refunded to your wallet. See the Cancellation & Refund policy for full details.

9. Refunds & payments

Refunds are processed to your in-app wallet, not to a bank account or card. Top-up payments are processed through a payment gateway. Convenience fees are non-refundable only where a token has been used (completed or marked no-show).

10. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Attempt to book duplicate or fraudulent tokens
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the API

11. Misuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform — including booking spam, fraudulent activity, or attempts to bypass booking or payment rules.

12. Service availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions.

13. Third-party services

Doctor My Number may rely on third-party providers (e.g., payment gateway, notification delivery). Their availability and terms apply to those services.

14. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, and its content are the property of Doctor My Number. You may not reproduce them without permission.

15. Limitation of liability

Doctor My Number provides queue management technology. It does not provide medical advice, and it is not responsible for the medical services provided by clinics or doctors. To the extent permitted by law, Doctor My Number is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

16. Changes to the service

We may update features, these terms, or the service itself. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

17. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law; the governing jurisdiction will be specified here once confirmed.
