1. Who operates this service

2. What information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the booking and queue-management service:

We do not collect or store medical records — no symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, or consultation notes are held by Doctor My Number.
3. Why we collect it
- To create and secure your account
- To book your token and manage the clinic queue
- To process the convenience fee and refunds to your wallet
- To notify you when your token is called or your appointment changes
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes
4. How we use it
Your information is used only for the purposes above — running your booking, your wallet, and the clinic queue — and for service security and support. We do not sell your personal information.
5. How it is shared
Your booking information is visible to the clinic and doctor you book with (they need it to manage your visit). We share limited information with service providers that help us operate — for example, notification delivery providers — under the constraints described in this policy. We may disclose information where required by law.
6. Clinics, doctors, and service providers
Participating clinics and their staff can see bookings made at their clinic. Clinics are responsible for their own handling of patient information once you visit them — their practices are their own.
7. Payment processing
Token convenience fees are charged from your in-app wallet. Top-up payments are handled through a payment gateway; we store the gateway's order and payment references, not your card or bank details.
8. Notifications
Token-call and cancellation actions may attempt push notifications to registered mobile devices. Delivery depends on valid device registration, connectivity, notification settings, and the notification provider. The browser portal periodically refreshes queue status while the tracker is open.
9. Security
We protect your information with authenticated access, rate limiting, transaction-safe processing, and audit logging. See our Security page for the specific measures in place.
10. Data retention
We retain booking, transaction, and audit records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Account data is retained while your account is active.
11. Your rights

12. Cookies & local storage
This website uses strictly necessary technical cookies for session and security purposes. The patient portal stores your login token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
13. Children's privacy
Doctor My Number is not directed at children. If a token is booked on behalf of a child, it should be done by a parent or guardian.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
