Find Your Doctor
Choose a participating clinic and doctor. Browse clinics and check queue status without an account.
Book Your Token
Sign in, select an available doctor, and receive your digital token. The ₹10 fee is debited from eligible wallet balance; secure online top-ups are coming soon.
Track Your Queue
Follow your position from your phone — refresh the queue view to see the token currently being served.
Arrive When It's Your Turn
Reach the clinic when your turn approaches instead of waiting for hours.
What happens to your token
- Your booking reserves the next number in your doctor's queue — multi-doctor clinics keep separate queues.
- The clinic receptionist advances the queue by calling the next token.
- When your token is called, your appointment is marked completed — and a notification is sent where configured.
- If a doctor becomes unavailable, booked tokens are cancelled automatically and the convenience fee is refunded to your wallet.

Consultation time varies, and emergencies, walk-ins, cancellations, or clinic operations can change the pace of the queue. Refresh your queue view for the latest position, and follow the clinic's instructions when you arrive.
