The principles we follow
- Collect only what's needed — we gather the information required to provide the service, nothing more.
- Use for stated purposes — your information runs your booking, wallet, and the queue.
- Limit unauthorized access — authenticated accounts and role-based access control what each user can see.
- Protect account access — token-based authentication keeps your session private.
- Retain appropriately — records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service and meet applicable requirements.
- Respect your rights — contact us anytime about your data.
