Apply online, then use a restricted owner workspace while verification is in progress.
- Onboarding — your clinic is registered on the platform (with verification) and staff accounts are created.
- Doctor setup — each doctor is assigned to your clinic and marked verified before they can take bookings.
- Availability — doctors toggle availability; unavailable doctors don't take new tokens.
- Receptionist access — front-desk staff get a receptionist login with the day's queue.
- Patient booking — patients book tokens remotely; each gets a sequential number in the doctor's queue.
- Queue management — the receptionist calls the next token when the doctor is ready.
- No-show handling — a called patient who doesn't arrive can be marked as a no-show.
- Doctor absence — marking a doctor absent cancels the day's booked tokens and refunds patients automatically.
