Doctor My Number is a clinic token booking and queue management platform. It lets patients of participating clinics book a digital token remotely, track the queue from their phone, and arrive when it's almost their turn.
Do I need an account to book?
You can browse clinics and view public queue status without an account. Booking a token requires signing in so your token, wallet, and booking history stay linked to you.
How do I track my queue?
After booking, open the patient portal and refresh the queue view — you'll see the token currently being served and how many patients are ahead of you.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancelling a booked token refunds the convenience fee to your in-app wallet. See the Cancellation & Refund for details.
